We absolutely loved our time at Fleming College, Frost. The smaller, more intimate campus allowed us to really engage with students and have meaningful discussions with them. Our surroundings at the school made us feel very connected to nature. It was so interesting hearing about the student projects and how excited they were about the environment. After our first day, we had an opportunity to check out the Fish Hatcheries lab and enjoyed seeing all of the tanks filled with little creatures and learning about them.
All in all it was a great exchange of information – our team sharing knowledge about problem gambling preventing & students teaching us about nature! We wanted to thank Betty McNeely of Student Health Services for being an amazing campus contact and for making our visit to Fleming our favourite visit of the week. Wink, wink.
