#kts2 was definitely feeling the love at Mohawk College, Stoney Creek for our last week of delivering the Know the Score 2 program.

The #kts2 team was so pleased to visit U of Guelph during the fall semester. It has been a few long years since we were on campus & we couldn’t have been happier to re-connect with the outstanding representatives at The Wellness Centre. A huge thank you to Emma Todd and Jean Thompson who booked us display space and welcomed us so warmly onto campus. We spent two great days here and spoke to loads of students about problem gambling prevention (although I think that the tin of free jelly belly’s we were giving away may have helped a little bit!) A big shout out to our student staff Holly, Sydney, Allie & Vicky for helping us interact with hundreds of students—you all were fantastic and managed your time super well with exams just around the corner. We wish each of you a great end to the semester & hope to see you again next year!

Feeling distinctly unprepared for exams this fall? The stress and anxiety that accompanies playing catch-up can be overwhelming. Ontario college students are currently going through an extreme example of this, as they try to make up for five weeks of class cancellations due to a work stoppage. Whether you are one of the affected college students or a first year post-secondary student who is new to this process, cramming is never fun.
